In the mid-1980s, when we went over there to train the Mujahadeen in the use of the stinger these guys were making 7.62x51 cartridges out of old .30-06 rounds by pulling the bullets with pliers, cutting the case off, ramming the case into the chamber of a gun until the bolt closed and then reloading it with as much powder as would fit and putting the bullet back in with a mallet. They were also getting explosives by de-ming areas that the Soviets had mined and removing the explosives.

They're inovative, no doubt about that. I do love that gun market. Personally, I wish that he'd posted the price of one of those Lugers. I want one and they're god awful expensive here.

If I lived where those people do I would have a gun too.

He's sounds like a newbie gun dork though. When he says that the war is not over because they still have guns. WTF does that have to do with the war?

I have guns does that mean that the revolution is still being fought on the east coast?

sure, I would take some of that "pure evil" off his hands for him.

his tone and comments sound anti-gun.

If those guys were making knock offs of rolexs they wouldn't be shown in the light of making "evil Rolex's" they would be praised for the craftsman that they are. But since they are making guns and ammo from scratch they are nothing in this guy's opinion. I solute their ingenuity. And I would be proud to own one of there hand crafted guns.
