So since I worked all day we didn't have any evening plans I decided to take a moment and introduce my daughter to MREs. I explained to her this is what the men and woman who defend our country might be eating right now, without their families with them.

Shes really digging the corn bread while we wait for them to heat up. The look on her face when I showed her the TP was priceless...

I always tried to trade for the jalapeño cheese spread or peanut butter m&ms.... Those were the best!

Black bean burrito, pound cake, oh man that brings back memories! I don't like jalapeño but I do dig the cheese and crackers. And not heating them up in OSUT, cold MRE's for 16 weeks oh yea!!!
