Can we elect him if the Morse recall is successful?

Lol there are already thousands of people begging him to run for governor on Facebook!
    My Feedback

"When law and morality contradict each other, the citizen has the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense or losing his respect for the law." -Frederic Bastiat

"I am a conservative. Quite possibly I am on the losing side; often I think so. Yet, out of a curious perversity I had rather lose with Socrates, let us say, than win with Lenin."

If Sheriff Maketa does run for Gov., I'll sure add to his election fund and convince my neighbors and friends to do the same.

That would be awesome! Between him and Tancredo, I don't know for whom I would vote.

Absolutely no indecision here, I'd be for Maketa all the way. I used to like Tom Tancredo until he basically gave Hickenlooper the governorship.

He didn't though--GOP ran a crook. By the time folks found out, his name was on the ballot and there was no turning back.

Add up the votes... Hickenpooper still won by 50k. Maybe more Conservatives would have shown up to vote if it weren't for Maes?

Maes wasn't just any ordinary crook.

He was a crook who was financially backed by Jared Polis and Tim Gill and Pat Stryker.

Show me someone's friends, and I'll show you his future.

Usually, I find Mike Rosen's "party trumps person" argument pretty persuasive, but not in that case. I had to hold my nose and vote for Tancredo, damaged goods that he might be.
