This is probably the most recent picture of me at the rally. This picture probably makes me look better than I am as I generally look much fatter:

In addition to this before I found another picture I took when the Heat won the finals and then another one that I took today to send to my buddy. This probably illustrates the weight loss a little bit better.

I did resist and pounded some water, then had some juice. I must have looked exactly like the dogs during dinner time for a while though.

I didn't do much different but lost 1.3 pounds. I'm excited to see the 270s hopefully tomorrow. The family and I are going camping tomorrow so we bought a bunch of Bolthouse juice to cover us. Should be a good time.

Not doing a juice diet but I did start back up on no carb/sugar this week as a result of this thread. External influence is a good motivator for me so as long as no one minds if like to play along.
