    Day 14

    Starting Weight: 293.5
    Previous Weight: 278.1
    Current Weight: 277.8

Outside of the physical activity during the camping trip I've had absolutely no exercise in the last two weeks. I think I'm going to add a 30 minute walk in the afternoon for the next week and then build on that going forward.

    Day 9

    Starting Weight: 323
    Current Weight: 308

    Down 15

No change this morning, same # as yesterday. Wish I knew how to get the same amount of water out as I'm pouring in, or at least more of it. Drinking 4 liters/day, sure ain't getting near that much out.

It's a little more important to weigh yourself daily on a Juice fast because you're running a lot closer to the ragged edge of nutrient and hydration. It's a good idea to know where you are do know if you need to make adjustments on the fly.

Nice man. That's about what rate I'm gaining back per day. I feel stronger though so I'm sure a chunk of it is some lost muscle that is now coming back because I've been walking with the wife & dogs (twice yesterday) and doing more active things and my belt actually felt looser today so I'm thinking that while I am gaining some weight back it's good weight. Only time will tell if this approach to health is paying off.

Wife just bought me the Hamilton Beach juicer from wally world. It does sound like a jet engine, but it seems to work pretty well. Threw some carrots and apples in it for lunch...pretty good!

Yeah, hard to muffle 800 watts. Metal latches, right?

I think mine has plastic latches. Any major issue that you're aware of?
