Another question, what do you guys consider a portion or meal? How important is portion control?

I was going to watch the other movie. I have a friend that was over weight and was told he'd have to take pills the rest of his life. He went vegan and now looks great and is on zero meds.

I made a gallon, and drank it throughout the day and night. I made it in the morning, and finished it by bed time. Also, lots of water...

Watch them both. If you want to watch something strictly on the medical benefits, watch "The Gerson Method" < I might be spelling Gerson wrong... Anyway, FS&ND is a lot more entertaining, but is about only a couple cases of where a change of diet helped these two guys... The other one is about helping out thousands, thousands of people with an insanely high cure ratio. Like my wife's mother said (she's a doctor), if everyone cured themselves with juice, she and the others would be out of a job......

The taste will last for about 10 hours, after that even in an air tight container, it starts reacting to the air that is already inside the juice from the extruding/pouring, and will taste like it is going bad. The enzymes react to the air (how an apple goes brown after being bitten), and to each other the moment the vegetable gets juiced and poured out of the machine. Many people will say that juice enzymes (which are an important part of this) go bad after several minutes of being extruded. This is not true, and there is no scientific fact to this. I also personally (researched this topic a lot before subjecting my wife and I to this) contacted many bio-tech companies, many that deal specifically with enzymes, and every one said that there was no truth to what people were saying about enzymes. < Just wanted to let some know about the BS you will find on the internets....
How would one do this on a construction site? Plug juicer into temp power?

Juice in the morning, take airtight container of juice with you to work, or two. Remember water. Everything can fit in a cooler. I feel sorry for you, you going to be visiting the porta john a lot.

For those of you that want some quick info, you can watch a decent movie on it called Fat Sick & Nearly Dead here: http://www.hulu.com/watch/289122
You can also watch a movie called "The Gerson Miracle" that is long, and full of information, but really boring... Here: http://<a href="http://topdocumentar...n-miracle/</a>

Remember, the first 10-12 lbs is easy. After that, it gets harder. I did mine by eating 'every other day' for a couple weeks, lost 1lb day. You need to change the way and what you eat, staying away from GMO crap is top of the line, and learning to love veggies is second. Stay away from bread, learn to make your own soup, and I use popcorn and carrots as snack foods, but I love popcorn, I do use canola stuff and cheese. You have to change what you eat to keep it off. And not go on a binge eating spree for whatever reason. Difficult at best.

Remember: If you don't BUY CRAP, you can't EAT CRAP!

And no fast food either! EVER!
