Right now I'm just drinking juices by Bolthouse Farms.

My first home juiced drink. It's Joe Cross's Mean Green recipe.

I didn't read all this but let me see if I have this straight. Is this a 122 post thread on DIETS in a gun forum?

I kid, I kid. Kudos to you folks who are making healthy lifestyle changes.

Here's a link to it. It's been rated second best behind a $300 Beville unit.

I was wondering about adding water because I don't have any idea how much juice can actually be made from things. Thought maybe water would "fluff it up" a little. And is there a reason to NOT consume the leftovers? Just trying to get a grasp of this.

You can add a little bit of water to 'stretch it out' but over like 1/10th or so and you can make the flavor go watery. But you really need to change your diet to keep it off. You can't go back to eating 3000 calories a day and not gain it back. Do a thread on vegi-cooking, because that is what you are going to need for a large part of your diet.

Default The Juice Diet Group Thread.

The other one has info. This one is for those of us that are going to do it to share our progress. Ask questions in the other thread. Keep this one for sharing progress.

I'm starting tomorrow. I'm sitting at 270-280 on a daily basis.

Going to start this up tomorrow with some store bought stuff until I can buy a juicer.

It made it up to second? Wow... I thought third was good!
