Real juice before all the big $ corporations got a hold of the idea of juice and ruined it.
I was wondering about adding water because I don't have any idea how much juice can actually be made from things. Thought maybe water would "fluff it up" a little. And is there a reason to NOT consume the leftovers? Just trying to get a grasp of this.

You can add a little bit of water to 'stretch it out' but over like 1/10th or so and you can make the flavor go watery. But you really need to change your diet to keep it off. You can't go back to eating 3000 calories a day and not gain it back. Do a thread on vegi-cooking, because that is what you are going to need for a large part of your diet.
