Anyone here ever done a juice diet?

I was originally planning on a 30 day, possibly 60 if things went well, fast but I've got a wedding that I'm in the middle of August and bachelor party the first week of August. A 30 day fast wouldn't give me time to work in solid food again before all you can eat meet twice in one week so I'm going to do a 15 day fast and then work in whole vegetables and lean meats for dinner while juicing breakfast and lunch.

Hopefully I'll be able to do a full 30 day fast after the wedding.

This is more of a smoothie recipe but maybe you juicers can adapt it. My wife and I drink it several times a week for the nutrients.

Cup of coconut water
1 banana
3 pineapple spears (1x2x5)
4 kale leaves
couple handfuls of ice

This makes two glasses of smoothie we have at dinner. The fruit flavor blends well with the kale. Good luck to those that are trying to get healthy.

I've had plenty of excuses including the in-laws driving here from Nebraska to take my to my birthday dinner... anywhere I wanted. My birthday was January but the weather was bad so they couldn't drive down. They drove down the day after the 4th of July and I had to watch my wife leave with them while I sat at home drinking juice. If I can do that you can do it too.

I found some recipes I will post up shortly. Right now I'm craving some spicy V8 and I found a couple of recipes that I'm going to try. If you Google you will see the ones I've seen and feel free to try them and report back. I also saw one for a juice drink that tastes just like a handful of Skittles that sounds good too. I'll post back once I get my hands on a juicer and start making some of these.
