This is why you weigh yourself every morning when you wake up after you pee. This is the best way to get an accurate comparison and weighing yourself every three days doesn't tell the whole story. What if you lost 2.7lbs one day, lost nothing the next and then lost another 2.7lbs the 3rd day and you did something different the 2nd day to cause that? Weighing yourself only once every three days doesn't tell you these things.
But I'm not concerned about the day to day. I'm going for overall fat loss, not just weight loss. And like you, this is a kick off the shitty foods on to the good stuff.
