    This would be tough for someone with a normal job. The juices require a LOT of vegetables to make a decent quantity, and the machine has to be cleaned up immediately or you'll regret it. The juice needs to be drank soon also or the nutrients get lost or degrade, it's not really something you could make up a day's worth at once.

    I don't know about the store-bought stuff Jer was using. But the homemade stuff takes a lot of produce and cleanup work.

    Not trying to scare you off, just offering insight. You might make it work, and if you have a physical job burning lots of calories you may see great results. You may also see good results by simply changing what you eat now. Most "food" we love is bad for us anyway, in all reality. It's designed to make someone money rather than make people healthy.
