GLOCK HOOKER
Decided I'm going to integrate quite a few of the juices in my diet, so not a full fledged juice fast, but juices are going to take over much of my intake throughout the day.
I've found that since having a baby in the family, I'm not nearly as consistent going to the gym. While I hope to up the gym frequency, the high protein diet I've utilized in the past, isn't conducive to the amount of activity I'm able to put forth. Also plan to cut dairy out for awhile.
I'll still eat a good healthy meal for dinner (fish, chicken breast etc.), but most of the day will consist of juice, whole fruits and veggies, nuts etc.
Now with all that said, Naked or Bolthouse farms?
