    Well, he posted here and says he works for them. Am I reading something wrong? I don't see anyone else that works for a tree company posting here let alone one that's been around for like 130+ years and employee owned.

    Yeah I gotcha Jer. You're right. I saw that Sako55 was in Littleton and figured he wasn't going to drive a bucket truck up to FTC for a tree trimming party.

    As a business owner myself I completely agree, BUT it does let me know how they handle the situation once things go bad. The true difference in customer service is making the client happy after things go wrong. I work very hard to make it right if something goes wrong in my place and I monitor negative reviews just in case they walked out without letting someone know their displeasure. Of course you also have to be aware of the scammers looking to throw a fit and get a freebie.
