    Cannibalism?

Grats on the weight loss. I need to look into something since I'm about 30 lbs heavier than my active duty weight and I went from a 51 inch chest and 36 inch waist to a 49 inch chest and 39 inch waist. Plus I have the family curse of diabetes now too.

Wow, that's awesome! Congratulations! I'd better do something, or I'll end up being the only fat man here. If I live that long.

    Damn. Nice job.

I can't bring myself to lose 15 or 20 pounds to get back down to my fighting weight.

Would I have to cut beer out of my diet?
