    So, if a BG gets a hold of this app, breaks in somewhere where there may (or may not) be dangerous guns, is this traceable back to whoever reported this?
    Does this open the door for possible lawsuits (from a victimized gun owner or from a victimized non-gun owner, "incorrectly" reported as such)?

    Can you imagine if someone made an app that tracked "Single mothers that don't always lock their doors"? The outrage? The lawsuits?

    This would be real easy to monkeywrench ... just upload EVERYONE's address into it.
