    Default Good gunsmith

I haven't seen one of these in several hours, so here's another "recommend a gunsmith" thread.

I have a friend that wants to get some work done on a few older .22 rifles. Barrel and internals, as he implies the wood is ok. Is that vague enough for a suggestion?

    Thanks

Edited to add - I did recommend the Colorado School of Trades (isn't that what it's called?). Especially since these aren't likely to be priceless antiques or anything.
A plan is just a list of things that don't happen.

CST is cheap also. And no I wouldn't bring any of my high dollar guns in there and I attend the program. Just don't know who will work on it. There are some good ones (students) who love firearms and then some bad ones who love the idea of firearms.

I graduated there in 78' . They will do a good job . Older .22's are great for the students to see.
