    Default Last day with Daughter before she goes to AIT

    Kid leaves tomorrow to go to AIT, she wants to be a combat medic, gulp!!

    Any words of wisdom for her before she goes?

    I will have to post a pic of her when she was in basic tonight.

    good luck..... isn't it 46 weeks or something like that?

    Don't do stupid crap, don't get caught up in the drama, keep the end goal in mind: graduation and being the best medic you can.
    Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.

    Thank you to both of you. I have 3 daughters and although I would support their decision and be proud of them, I would also constantly be a nervous wreck.

    Be proud of her and let her know we are also proud & grateful for her service.
