Local place for red dot/holo-sights?
I was wondering who had the best selection in the Boulder or Fort Collins area for red dot or holographic type sights? I want to take a look at some in person before I get one.
Jensen's in Loveland sells Aimpoints and EOTech's in store.
Jensens is about the only place to find anything of quality. every once and a while sportsmans warehouse will have some. Usually just Aimpoints though
Club shoots you say? I went to Jensen's but all they had in stock are Aimpoints and EOTechs for more than I want to spend.
It would be for a Beretta CX4 Storm .45. I want to spend about $100.
At Tanner last weekend, the vendor who is always there with a ton of optics (I forget their name but they have some decent Euro glass) had two options worth taking a look at. One was a 4MOA dot NCstar for $90 ($70 show price) -- similar to the Dr/Jpoint form factor but much cheaper. Another one was more like a Cmore formfactor but you could change the reticle between four/five patterns. I don't remember the price on that one but it was probably just over $100. I have no idea as to durability on either but for those prices, what the hell?
