A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

That spark is going to cause them to finally wake up to reality and stop being stupid. Yes.... You post that second ammendment. You post it proudly like you've never posted it before!!!

    +1

Q: From whom may an unlicensed person acquire a firearm under the GCA?

A person may only acquire a firearm within the person’s own State, except that he or she may purchase or otherwise acquire a rifle or shotgun, in person, at a licensee’s premises in any State, provided the sale complies with State laws applicable in the State of sale and the State where the purchaser resides. A person may borrow or rent a firearm in any State for temporary use for lawful sporting purposes.

Walmart can't sell you that AR-15 with the 30rd mag, but there should be no reason other than store policy for why they can't sell you a shotgun or whatever.

Default No Walmart Wyoming sales of firearms to Colorado residents?

Well I guess that cancels my plans this afternoon to pick up the $850 AR that I saw on the Walmart shelf yesterday.

Not to put too fine a point on it but how many of us were okay with "don't sell anything to folks in Colorado or Massachusetts" last year? Hell, I'm still for that, we're just getting hoisted on our own petard because we elected or allowed others to elect these retards.

My wife and I are getting our current house ready for sale. We are contemplating buying some land and home. That plan was to be in Colorado, I guess we will put that on hold until I retire in few years from my first career. I will not live in Commierado if it remains this way. Anyways have noticed stores are empty of ARs etc. Heck at 5280 on their Gunbroker auctions they on have 38 semi autos and none are ar15 rifles.

Maybe in your area, up here they are still available and selling. Not as fast as they use to , most if not, all the panic buyers blew their load prior to 7/1

I hope so. However in watching 5280s auctions on the 30th they had 148 semis they then pulled all their rifles with 15 round or more mags. Have not seen them restock. I like that store and half my evil black rifles were bought there over the years. Now I have heard Jensens is doing just fine and selling their rifles without mags, which just makes sense to me. I wish the other dealers would do the same. Hell many of us have many mags stored to ride out the idiot laws. On another note a friend inquired at that Castle Rock walmart about AR15s and was told they will no longer be sold in the Colorado stores. Sad the Walmart is taking this stance.
