Buddy did exactly that here in my kitchen about a year ago. The ER doc missed the fact that the tendon was cut almost through and just stitched up the skin. It broke shortly after and he's been screwed up since. Go get it looked at if you haven't already.

Super glue

This was my first inclination for a deep cut too, but I don't think super glue is the proper fix for a sliced tendon.

First off: Dibs on guns and ammo.

Now, I did play doctor with the neighbor girls a few times in my younger years. But I never saw anything like that.

Id head to the ER. If it feels wierd to move, you may have partially cut a tendon. Is the toe bent in an odd direction?
If so, means the tendon is either partially cut to point of being useless or it is severed. I wouldn't wait until tomorrow and
not fuck around with a big toe injury such as this.

Probably good advice and thanks for it. However, I did have a tetanus shot last year and I have 3 kids sleeping with the wife at work. Since this thing doesn't hurt at all, isn't throbbing, and isn't swelling at all, I'm going to get it checked out ASAP in the morning. Weird...feels completely normal except I can't flex it.

Sounds like you have serious tendon damage and will probably require mionor surgery.
