A few years back, I asked some friends from Arkansas what they thought of their governor, Bill Clinton, now that he was president.
They said they were very happy and that a HUGE majority of the state voted for him.
Why ? , I asked.

Without hesitation, the response was ...
...because now we can get a NEW governor who might support the Will of the People of Arkansas instead of doing things to further their political career at the EXPENSE of the people of Arkansas.
