The form is an estimate, and much of the time it's impossible to tell which organization I'm working for, since they have overlapping interests.

But, my phone does not stop ringing at 5:30pm. And I don't get weekends off.

So you estimate that you only have 7.2 hours off of work each day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year? Sounds like a tough job.
ETA: How do you find time to troll this, and other, forums? Or are you charging that to "work" and using donations to pay for it?

So if I give a donation to RMGO, but not NAGR, there's no way of knowing if my money is going to pay your RMGO salary or your NAGR salary - since they overlap and all?

With this scheme, could you not start up a Gun Owners group in each state, consider the workload overlaps, and charge a separate salary from each organization for the same hours worked? Sounds like an awesome business model. Nothing shady here
