So never thought it'd be an issue. But getting too much humidity in my unfinished basement. Or at least my ancient roomate claims he smells mildew which would be far too soon to have I think. Either way I do have a 125 gallon, 55gallon, 30gallon tanks all running. Soon should be less than that. Also during the setup process was plenty of spilled/dripped water. So if I'm lucky it will subside on it's own.
If it doesn't, I was wondering about de-humidifiers which I don't know anything about? I know AC does that somewhat, and I opened the vents in the basement this morning. The centra ac unit is in the basement. Do they have units specifically for this that aren't outrageously pricey?
One other option is if I can get glass or clear acrylic cut for the tank tops. (Big one would be 3 plates roughly 18x22) I need those to allow as much light transmission as possible to not interfere with the coral lighting. If it's not precut/presized, does lowes/home depot sell glass cut to custom size for not an arm and leg? (One drawback is worried about this dropping PH which already suffers in basement, though with skimmers that helps a lot so may not matter.)
