    Default Sell illegal mags to LEO in NY????

    Got a message on another board from a LEO that wants to buy 10 m14 mags. Says he's LEO so its legal to own.

    Sounds like he's using it for his personal collection and not his duties, but I remember all the talk about pressuring companies not to sell to LEOs if the citizens can't own one. I could use the money but part of me thinks I shouldn't just on principle alone. If its illegal for your citizens then its illegal for you.....


    What would you do?

    I wouldn't sell anything to anyone in New York, but that's just me. You can sell your mags to someone in a free state just as easily.

    I hear you guys. I have no problem selling to places like CA cause I ship them as kits and EVERYONE can have those, but I have a real problem shipping it to someone for the only reason being that they have a badge.

    Badge or no badge I would not sell to him.Unless he has a letter from his dept. stating its for the job.And even then he might as well get them from a vendor.
