Great plan! When the next hurricane Katrina hits, we can kick all the soldiers on Fort Carson out of their barracks and put them in tents. This will easily house a few thousand displaced victims.

Not to mention that while I am trying to conduct business in the name of national security on my base, I can deal with a few thousand people milling about the base as they protest that the government isn't doing enough.

Pinon Canyon sure would make a nice temporary home for disaster relief settlements.
