    Default Handgun training

I am looking into taking a one day handgun training course, I already have my CCW but would like more training. Although I would like to take an extensive multiday training class at some point, time and money are tight right now so I would like to keep this discussion to single day classes within the state.

Right now I am looking at a few options

1 Colorado Shooting Sports Tactical Pistol class with instructor Anthony Navarro

2 Precision Defensive Shooting School Level 1 class with instructor Ed Rodriguez

    3 suggestions welcome

Does anyone have experience with either of these guys or someone else you would like to recommend? I am looking for a class that covers basics but also covers movement, malfunctions, multiple targets, etc. Also small class size is preferred over a class of 25 people all shooting at once with a Drill Instructor barking orders.

    Thanks

I've heard Raven Company is good.

Anthony is good people and a good shooter.

Ed Rodriguez has claimed OGA and Delta connections and when questioned by current SF cadre over on SOCNET refused to provide credentials. Caveat Emptor.

Ron Avery is a Grandmaster shooter that does nothing but train shooters. He's been doing it for a very long time. Can't get much better than that.

Anthony Navarro offers great classes, and IIRC you could retake the same class as a refresher at a later date for ~$50.

Also, check out On Target Firearms Training in Aurora, with the classes taught by Larry Johnson (his info is on the website). I've taken several of his classes and always have been impressed. His level 1 is very basic but the upper levels more than make up for the slow start.
