Default For those working on their weight

    You should try this. http://www.weighandwin.com/
I did it about a year ago and made a little money dong it. May do it again. Doesn't pay much, but it pushed me to make the next weight. You have access to nutritionists and such. They also have group competitions.

Edit: Logged on to my old account. I can get points for referrals. PM me. lol

    INTRO
I am having a serious weight problem now.
After severe arthritis, I can't play any types of sports.
On top of that, my hypertension drug I started taking since 12 mo ago is very hydrophilic, and retaining way more water than I need.

    INPUT
Yes, I am eating less than 2000 kcal (food cal). I usually do not eat a lot. As long as I don't run hungry, I don't crave food.
I do drink more water than year ago.

    OUTPUT
Since I cannot exercise a lot or play sport to burn an energy source, I am just doing basic stretch and 1/8mi walk.

    PLAN
    drink less water.
Get on a better med to reduce random inflammation.
After than , get my activities back.

    WISHFUL THINKING
Most of our energy source is burned off by body heat.
If I can increase 1-1.5 C temp up, I know I can reduce my weight by 5-8lbs/week.

I just don't get people who gets a stomach reduction/ring, lipo.
I believe catching a flu is far safer than getting those process done.
I would rather get sick (such as flu) every quarter , rather than do those dangerous process.

So last year I dropped 50 lbs and have been keeping it off. I'm one of those people who "ride" that up and down weight roller coaster. Unlike my wife whos weight may fluctuate by 10 lbs in either direction, I can go 70 plus lbs. I tried for awhile to lose the weight and seemed to only manage 5-7 lbs then stall, then I'd get disappointed and quit trying... I'm type 2 diabetes doing insulin shots and oral meds, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, had knee and foot pain. We went to Vegas and after walking up and down the strip a little, not much, my arches were killing me... Enough so, they hurt for the next few weeks back at home...

Today, my blood pressure is normal most of the time, My cholesterol is only slightly high, and while I'm still type 2 Diabetic I don't need insulin shots, my doc wants me to take an oral med as a precaution, but I don't "need" to.... So I'm off all my meds with my doctor's concurrence as long as I maintain my "life-style" change...

Now this isn't a plug for an "Arbonne" product my wife sells, but I thought I'd support her and try their 30 day plan... I had my doubts, I don't believe in fad diets or radical things that you do in "X" number of days and somehow return to a normal diet. Which isn't realistic.

I averaged about 10 lbs a month... What I think actually helped this time was the initial cleanse and the first couple weeks and following their plan... After the month, I was actually more in touch with my nutrition needs. If I went back to eating some of my old favorites, I felt like crap... I could feel the difference. I used to love Popeyes. I went there after 6 weeks on this plan, and I felt sluggish and heavy afterwards. Something I hadn't felt in over the 1.5 months..

Where I only thought fruits were so-so, I love them now. I eat more vegetables and make healthier meal choices.. Its easy to do when you know how shitty, bad food makes you feel.. This doesn't mean I don't have the occasional sweet treat or burger or pizza, but I don't "want" those things as much as I used to....

Couple last things, I lost the first 30lbs without working out... After that I felt like working out and dropped another 20... Physically I'm back to doing the things I love or learned to love. I can ski all day now and keep up with my 30 year old friends (I'm over 50), I mountain bike and roadbike now too!

    Just sharing my story...
