INTRO
I am having a serious weight problem now.
After severe arthritis, I can't play any types of sports.
On top of that, my hypertension drug I started taking since 12 mo ago is very hydrophilic, and retaining way more water than I need.

INPUT
Yes, I am eating less than 2000 kcal (food cal). I usually do not eat a lot. As long as I don't run hungry, I don't crave food.
I do drink more water than year ago.

OUTPUT
Since I cannot exercise a lot or play sport to burn an energy source, I am just doing basic stretch and 1/8mi walk.


PLAN
drink less water.
Get on a better med to reduce random inflammation.
After than , get my activities back.

WISHFUL THINKING
Most of our energy source is burned off by body heat.
If I can increase 1-1.5 C temp up, I know I can reduce my weight by 5-8lbs/week.

I just don't get people who gets a stomach reduction/ring, lipo.
I believe catching a flu is far safer than getting those process done.
I would rather get sick (such as flu) every quarter , rather than do those dangerous process.
