Texas Hog hunting ?

I don't understand this pig situation down here. Every farmer and rancher is complaining about the burgeoning population and the damage they do, but when you go ask to shoot some of them everybody has their hand out. I've been down here a year now and I'm getting a couple of places lined up that will let me come in without paying, but it hasn't been easy.

I have the same thought. If there is such a major problem with them, why is every rancher and farmer wanting a buttload of cash in order to hunt on their land and eradicate the varmints.

Makes no sense at all!!!!
