I can understand charging for lodging and food if you are providing it, as well as guide fees if there is one. But $500 per person for 2 day hunts and usually a minimum of 2 and sometimes 4 hunters is a bit much when they also expect you to tip the guide, the cook and the dog after the hunt. Most of them I have seen limit to 2 hogs and some even have trophy fees for hogs over a certain weight. For over 2500 in fees and tips for four people on a hog hunt I'll leave the family behind and get a guided elk or bison trip for myself and deal with getting yelled at when I get home.
