    Default Magazine repair kits

    Is it legal for someone in another state to sell a "magazine repair kit" grater then 15 round capacity to a Colorado resident?

    So long as that repair kit does not include a magazine body, sure. Need new spring, follower & floorplate, go for it.

    Not that I endorse the shop whatsoever but a friend told me OD Green has "repair Kits" in bags right next toempty Mag Bodiies....just sayin.
