    That is what I was thinking. It is that guys lucky day. There is no way that they can charge with a crime that he did not commit, and he will get a hell of a lot more out of her than he would have some quicky mart.     Maybe he was may walking. Unless she hit him on the sidewalk or in a crosswalk maybe she can't be held accountable.
