    Headed back north. Saw heavy wrecker and lowboy headed south. Probably more than an hour to get cleaned up and open

    I got stuck in this not long after it happened. Was headed up Monument Hill and traffic hit a standstill. Took over an hour and a half to make it to exit 163 to go around it. Ended up seeing the wreck, looked nasty. Radio news said he blew two tires and rolled.
