They are on EVERY Pmag under the tab that the mag release catches. It looks like a clock and the hand points to the month and the year is stamped in the center by the hand. All my 30 round Pmags are made in 2013 and a few a month before the law took effect!

That's a Date Stamp ... NOT a Serial Number....
