Of course this case wasn't dismissed. This guy is doing the right thing where our government can't/won't. I'm 100% behind this guy!
How did it ever start that non-citizens started getting protections and rights under the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES (you know, the document whose heart, soul, and words were written for citizens) ~ beyond just basis human rights? These people are criminals as soon as they step across the border illegally. Given the severity of the problem (so damned many of them coming across) and the resultant harm they do to our nation (economic, criminal, social), they need to be identified as they really are: Enemies of the United States and thus recieve the same "protections" that any other enemy of our country receives; immediate arrest, incarceration followed (promptly) by deportation.
