I manage a house in Denver that has a mouse problem, we have never had that before. Any recommendations for an exterminator?
Thanks.

I don't recommend poisons unless you enjoy the smell of rotting mouse bodies that you can't find or get to. Ain't much nastier than that. Glue traps and snap traps with peanut butter bait work good, so do live traps like Tin Cats. Never tried the bucket traps.
There's a lot more of us ugly mf'ers out here than there are of you pretty people!

I picked up a couple of traps at HD that electrocutes them, I cleaned my house out of mice in about 2 days. Besides just the thought of the little bastard going to the chair was enough to buy the traps.

If you go the DIY route these are awesome; with the construction around here we had a bunch of mice and I was able to get rid of most if not all of them in a couple of days. http://www.amazon.com/Aspectek-102-0...est+mouse+trap
I bought some poison that looks like rectangular chunks of peanut butter from Jax - it's apparently some kind of blood thinner and if the mice eat it and can't find water, they croak. Mice disappeared in less than 48 hours and if they died inside, it's dry enough that I have not been aware of it. This was about six months ago.
Snap-traps tend to have 'odor-of-death' within six hours of the critter getting snapped but my experience with poison, in CO, is that it's dry enough here that they simply mummify. YMMV.
If using poison (either personally or via an exterminator), PLEASE be careful of pets finding the bait.

I see you running, tell me what your running from
Nobody's coming, what ya do that was so wrong.
the only thing exterminator services are going to do is place bait or traps. You can do it yourself and save lots of money.
Or a blow dart gun.
