I'm beginning to see the benefits of a paleo-like diet. It's really weird about how many preservatives are in foods. I haven't found a decent whole-foods-like place here in my area, but then again I haven't really looked too intently yet. Agree with all about the carbs.

I eat less and I've lost about 5 lbs so far.

I wasn't prepared for the change that comes with a drastic diet change, though. I've always had a gut made of iron tubing, but this switch tore me up pretty bad.
