I went to Golden Corral (family choice), had two ceasar salads, pepperoni and roast beef. That's a success in my book.

I've been on (and off) keto for two years. I had lost 95lbs at one point but have gained 20 back on while lifting the last year. It's become an excuse to eat crap once or twice a week and this thread has motivated me to get back on track.
