Looks like I am slowly going down from 170, which I was stuck at for a few weeks. Weighed myself this morning and was 167, so it is dropping, just more slowly. My goal is the 150's. Even without working out the past few months, I've noticed an increase of cardio ability and walking speed just by losing 15 pounds or so.

I plan to get back into the kettlebells/cable weight machine. I can't run, as I'm prone to stress fractures. I can ruck on non-concrete surfaces, oddly enough, so I might integrate that. CCNA studies are killing free time though.

    ETA:

My workout regimen before I stopped was:

    5x - 20 kettlebell swings
    5x - 20 squats w/ 45 pound bar (if leg day)
    5x - 20 bent row w/ 45 pound bar/20 military press/20 curls (which one depended on day)
5x - 20 leg extensions (if leg day)
    5x - 20 reps w/ gold's gym ab wheel or 20-4 count flutter kicks

My goal was to decrease time without a decrease in form. My fastest was ~19 minutes, and it was a butt kicker.
