Finally broke broke out of the 170's today, 169lbs. Pretty much everything from here on out is aesthetics for me, but I haven't been in the 160's for over 5 years, so I'm pretty happy.

Nice! Did you find a point where no matter what you did nothing seemed to work? What did you do to get beyond that?
I'm still stuck, so I'll need to start back to the high rep/low weight routine I had going before.

I'd say I'm kind of a special case, as I've been very consistent with working out over the last 10 years or so, but I'm fairly sensitive to carbs so my diet pretty much dictates weight for me, and diet hasn't been great up until 8-10 months ago. In other words, it wasn't until I dropped carbs way down, that I really started to lose the weight. If you haven't been very active over a period of time, you may be the opposite, in that you are eating right and losing weight, but you've hit a plateau where a change up/addition in workout routine could be really beneficial.
Every persons body reacts differently to diets and workouts, but for me, lot's and lot's of cardio, in addition to Keto has melted the weight off. I recently started lifting 3 times a week, in order to "fill in" where muscle development has depleted due to all the cardio. I still run every day, 3-4 miles four days a week, and 2 miles on lift days, for a total of 20-22 miles a week. I'll likely drop the running down a bit once fall comes, and work harder on "filling out", but for now I still have a tiny bit of fat to rid myself of. If I were you, I'd look into High intensity interval training, which can be done with weights, bodyweight, cardio equipment, or just outside running.
Like I said, i've been in the working out game for quite a while, and done tons of research, and tried many different types of workouts, what works for me, may not work for you, but if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Looks like I am slowly going down from 170, which I was stuck at for a few weeks. Weighed myself this morning and was 167, so it is dropping, just more slowly. My goal is the 150's. Even without working out the past few months, I've noticed an increase of cardio ability and walking speed just by losing 15 pounds or so.
I plan to get back into the kettlebells/cable weight machine. I can't run, as I'm prone to stress fractures. I can ruck on non-concrete surfaces, oddly enough, so I might integrate that. CCNA studies are killing free time though.
ETA:
My workout regimen before I stopped was:
5x - 20 kettlebell swings
5x - 20 squats w/ 45 pound bar (if leg day)
5x - 20 bent row w/ 45 pound bar/20 military press/20 curls (which one depended on day)
5x - 20 leg extensions (if leg day)
5x - 20 reps w/ gold's gym ab wheel or 20-4 count flutter kicks
My goal was to decrease time without a decrease in form. My fastest was ~19 minutes, and it was a butt kicker.

I've so fallen off the wagon.. work needs to fucking stop..
The great thing is after you've fallen off the wagon, you can get back on. If you're finding yourself stress-eating or just unable to eat as healthily as you'd like, you can always take it in baby steps. Lord knows, I've fallen off the wagon many times!

Bumping this up, how is everyone doing? Broke 168 on the home scale (163 on the gym scale, no clue which one is more accurate, I need a third sample). Since I started lifting weights more frequently and upping the protein, I had assumed I wouldn't lose much more, and possibly gain some back.
Still going at it. I did my old workout routine for the first time in what, 4-5 months last Monday. Smoked me. That was a mistake. Took me a week to recover. I felt GREAT last Monday though. Tuesday, I had to simply fall into bed as my abs were toast as were my legs.
So, I need to ease back into the workout routine.
Had a "cheat" day Saturday at Olive Garden. Mainly w/ the breadsticks and soup. Actual meal was the Chicken Margherita (mozzarella on grilled chicken breast w/ pesto; zucchini slices with baked parmesan crumbs. Not worth it, I can do better at home for cheaper). I could FEEL the sugar spike after the breadsticks. Was like having a dip for the first time. Didn't feel great afterwards.
I'm maintaining weight well, but I think I'll need to do the workout thing to tone and cut more.
