Still going at it. I did my old workout routine for the first time in what, 4-5 months last Monday. Smoked me. That was a mistake. Took me a week to recover. I felt GREAT last Monday though. Tuesday, I had to simply fall into bed as my abs were toast as were my legs.

So, I need to ease back into the workout routine.

Had a "cheat" day Saturday at Olive Garden. Mainly w/ the breadsticks and soup. Actual meal was the Chicken Margherita (mozzarella on grilled chicken breast w/ pesto; zucchini slices with baked parmesan crumbs. Not worth it, I can do better at home for cheaper). I could FEEL the sugar spike after the breadsticks. Was like having a dip for the first time. Didn't feel great afterwards.

I'm maintaining weight well, but I think I'll need to do the workout thing to tone and cut more.
