When I first started the keto diet, I was actually seeing a nutritionist. She expected that I would be missing sweets, but I was having vivid dreams of huge crisp chunks of salt. My sodium levels were bottoming out, so she encouraged me to use celtic salt (it has trace minerals, like himalayan salt) on my food. As I was drinking a quart of water for every 12 ounces of coffee, I guess I was washing it all out of my system. Crazy!
Evil, delicious carbs. They certainly are the devil!
