LOL wife still had to pay for service, albeit at a discount. Direct employees get free service according to the installer.

The sad and shitty fact IS....

That even if everyone that replied to this thread, stopped and pooled all of our money together to start a new cable service company together......with the idea of serving hard working people with programming that they WANT, and not "bundles" of useless shit, "packages of useless shit"...and all that......

We would get squashed into oblivion before we could even get our feet off the ground.

Dish anywhere has Hulu content on their site. Not saying that dish owns them.

The hopper/sling is awesome. Fuck Comcast, I was with them for 10 years with no issues or late payments and they treat me like a scum bag. No thanks.

Must vary by options selected, because we paid, around $30 a month, but we had every channel available.

The Hopper has a monthly fee, as do the Joeys.

Thanks for all the replies. We will keep Comcast Internet regardless of what we do with cable. I think someone mentioned X1 a white back. Anyone else using X1.

I was in the initial beta testing back in February (ish). Was rough at first, but they have the kinks ironed out ant it's been running great for the last 4 months or so.
