I really find myself not caring at all about this. Perhaps someone can convince me?

on-demand was cool, comcast, not so much.

Comcast's xfinity.tv system is outstanding you can even attach it to a hulu account to get even more.
Comcast is a very hostile company, as much as I hate them Im forced to live with them because the other options are terrible.

I personally pay $50 a month for comcast internet and basic cable from them. Get blazing fast internet that I use to accquire movies and tv in less than legal means as well as cable so I can use the xfinity.tv system.

If anyone in the springs needs home entertainment feel free to ask and ill come over and help you out for free.

It is never a bad idea to keep an eye on what your enemies are doing and saying...
..but I DO understand why you don't want to pay (i.e. support them) for that channel.

On the other hand, not much different than all the other 100's of channels of crap that you pay for and will never watch.

As an exercise, look at the channel listing you receive, and rank them :
-1 = channels I DO NOT ever watch
+1 = channels you want occassionally
+2 = channels you watch consistently

Add them up and see if you end up with a POSITIVE number ...

    I did not .

I'm ok with points of view being shown that I don't agree with, but at the same time offer things I do agree with. To offer a channel like AJ and not something like The Blaze shows your bias.

The big question is if AJ didn't buy CurrentTV because CurrentTV already had contracts in force with the cable and satellite providers, just how many of these cable and satellite providers would still be picking up AJ? That will show the true biases.

The dumb thing is that these cable/sat companies could pick up The Blaze along with AJ and most people would shut up about it (and then the cable/sat companies would end up making more money than they'll lose with AJ alone).

I don't know all the numbers but I do know that Comcast didn't offer Current but jumped to carry AJ. The CEO of Comcast is also a giant Liberal and has audiences with his Highness in the White House (golf corse actually) on a regular basis.
