School starts at 8 and gets out at 2:55. School has been going for three

I need to sit down and write out the teacher version on this as well. No worries my friend, I think "Back to School Night" is completely retarded as well... And I'm a dang teacher!

Back to School night at the Elementary school in front of my house, god what a mess. I've got so many pictures of my driveways being blocked along with many of the neighbors. So many traffic and parking violations it's just horrid!

Took a pic of one guy blocking the neighbors driveway, he bolted off in his truck so fast I figure he's got a warrant.

Other lady got really pissy and started following me around and was very upset that I was taking pictures of everything. Another lady said I was being a D*CK and if her husband was there, he'd beat the crap out of me. Whatever.

So I'll start with the local city council members, meet with them and progress from there. Parking situation is getting out of control and we need some signage to make it clear and give the PD leverage in writing some tickets.

High school my kid goes to, has got very aggressive about the parking problems, you can't even park within 2 blocks of the school. Signs, Cones, PD and tow trucks! Hope I can get that going at my place.

The elementary school I went to growing up is a complete disaster - people blocking driveways, parking on people's grass, etc. What a nightmare to live there during the school year.

As a kid, I really did not like PTA/Back to school conference meetings.
My teachers had nothing positive things to say for me. Yes, i was a troubled kid during elementary.
PTA/conference = Guaranteed ass kicked at home for me.

As for my kid, it isn't real biggie. They update us with email 2-3 times per week.
