Depends... did he just forget to put the gear down or was there a malfunction ?

Either way pretty damn good job other then the damage to the belly tank and the missile on the wing looks like the pilot avoided hurting the aircraft itself saving the tax payers millions in repairs.

Yeah, I thought that was a helluva landing if there was a problem with the gear. Minimal damage to the aircraft.
