International Bacon Day!

That is true but I will have to tell you about the time we substituted real bacon for the beef bacon....... Yes we wound up cooking for our self's a couple of days but the reaction was worth it.

I doubt one could get away with that in today's PC Army.

That's true...she always cooks it too crisp. But, seriously, how badly can you screw up bacon? It's still bacon. And I had some with biscuits and gravy at the Kenosha Cafe this morning. If you guys haven't been there, you're missing out.
