We are outsiders which means we are their greatest enemy. Next, their fellow Iraqi's that are of a different Muslim sect than they are is their next enemy. After that, it's the Muslim of their own sect but still doesn't believe exactly as they do. And on, and on.......

The war in now in it's sixth year, we are paying protection money to Jihadist not to attack us. That seem like a sound tactic. Living conditions are still below prewar levels.

I have been to the Middle east and they are not pro Democracy. They are not Americans inside them all wanting to get out. We put Saddam in power, we gave him weapons of mass destruction, we stood by as he used them on Iran and the Kurdish people.
