Had the fan bam over for a fair well summer shindig.
I smoked a pork butt.
Smoked some wings.
The pork was pulled and served on Kings Hawaiian rolls, hit with a dash of home made honey barbecue sauce and topped off with some home made slaw.
I served the wings with two flavors. The first was the honey barbecue sauce and the rest were coated in a pineapple habanero sauce I whipped up. The wings were pretty popular.
If you ever have smoked chicken wings you'll be hard pressed to put wings in a deep fryer.
