The run game is better than average. Moreno got the start because the better back (Montee Ball) doesn't yet know the offense. Once Ball gets up to speed with the offense he will be a legitimate run threat... especially with the defense needing to account for Eric Decker, Demaryius Thomas, Wes Welker and now Julius Thomas at TE. I would HATE to be the defense coordinator that has to account for that embarrassment of riches of that and we haven't even discussed the run game yet. 7 passing touchdowns to 4 different receivers against the Ravens Defense. You can't ever load the box with that pass threat. This leaves the run game open and the O-line only compliments that. That pass threat will make Ball look like a beast.

I used to complain about that but now that we have a solid team I prefer to fly under the radar. Jets, Giants, Patriots & Cowboys can have all the press and we'll stick with the trophy.

I also noticed the sea of orange on TV and it was one of the first things I noticed as they panned the stadium. That was a good feeling.

Was at the game last noc. Haven't seen/heard that fan support/excitement in years. Reminds me of olde days with Elway, TD, Sharpe- and even real olde days of Morton, RG, etc. These past 10 yrs have been tuff: seeing just as many rival jerseys as Bronco orange in the stand. Nothing worse than seeing more Steelers or Packers colors than Bronco fans at games. Too many transplants in this liberal state. Last noc? Pretty much all Orange. I was surprised.

About the only thing that could ruin season would be injuries but all teams face that fickle fate. Better say a prayer/sacrifice a goat to the old Roman gods of luck- Fortuna and Felix. Long season and we all know the networks love the Coastal teams and forget Denver. They still don't know we have electricity and indoor plumbing in our sod homes.
